Terms and conditions for private lessons

Lesson cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your lesson, you must contact us at least 24 hours before the time of the lesson so it can be rescheduled at no charge. If cancellation occurs later, the cancelled lesson will be labeled late cancel, and must be paid in full or discounted from the package. If student/s does not show within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, lesson will be automatically late cancelled. If you scheduled a series of lessons and do not show at your first appointment, the whole series will be late cancelled. If you scheduled a series of lessons and late cancel two consecutive lessons, the reminder lessons of the series will be automatically late canceled.

For all lessons purchased with a deal or discount, studio rent may apply ($15, cash only).

Rescheduling fee: If you need to reschedule your class, for all lessons purchased with a deal or discount, a $15 rescheduling fee is required.

Refund policy: For all lessons/classes purchased as a package, deal or at a discounted rate, in case of refund, the lessons/classes already redeemed revert to the regular price of one lesson/class. No refunds after expiration date.
