For 8-week training Argentine Tango
  • Class 1: Posture and walk. Pause. Connection and embrace. Rhythm and cadencia.
  • Class 2: Walking with your partner. Pivots and ochos. Music: The “Era of Sextets”.
  • Class 3: Parallel, crossed system and sides. Ochos and figures. Music: Orquestas Típicas of the Golden Era - Juan D’Arienzo and singers.
  • Class 4: Ochos' variations. Music: Orquestas Típicas of the Golden Era - Carlos Di Sarli and singers.
  • Class 5: Turns. Music: Orquestas Típicas of the Golden Era - Anibal Troilo and singers.
  • Class 6: Cross' variations. Stops. Figures in Argentine Tango. Music: Orquestas Típicas of the Golden Era - Osvaldo Pugliese and singers.
  • Class 7: Combining elements, improvisation and dialog between partners. Social aspects of Tango. The milonga. Music: other Orquestas Típicas and singers of the Golden Era.
  • Class 8: Other Argentine Tango rhythms: Milonga with traspié and vals cruzado.
