Argentine Tango School

“Mala pinta” by Osvaldo Pugliese y su Orquesta Típica, 1944.

Francisco De Caro, Argentine Tango pianist and composer.

Francisco De Caro

Pianist and composer (23 March 1898 – 31 July 1976)

The great talent of Francisco De Caro was already evidenced in the late 20s.

He was a quite modern pianist, with a very advanced musical line and, as composer, we need not to say a word.

Francisco was ahead of his time and a sort of father for numerous pianists that followed that school.

He was a very humble simple man.

Besides his musical instruction he used his intuition.

A great creator and a notable pianist.
