Argentine Tango follower’s technique 9: Pivot

  • Definition: Rotation of your body's axis as it passes through the ball of your standing foot.
  • To pivot, rotate your torso in a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction, producing a torque which gently pulls your lower body into a rotation that follows in the same direction as your torso.
